Dr. Jamie Ritchie, DDS

EDUCATION
Dr. Ritchie grew up in the small western Kansas community of Wakeeney. She is a third-generation Jayhawk who completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas. While attending KU, she was a varsity member of the women’s tennis team, a Kansas scholar-athlete, and on the dean’s list. Dr. Ritchie went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry with honors in endodontic studies.
EXPERIENCE
Upon graduation, Dr. Ritchie went to Nashville, Tennessee, where she joined a multi-specialty dental practice. During these years, she gained additional experience in the areas of pediatric and cosmetic dentistry, conscious sedation, and full-mouth reconstruction. Dr. Ritchie loves to serve patients of all ages while providing a personalized approach to comprehensive dental care.
LIFE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Dr. Jamie Ritchie is married to Dr. Coleman Ritchie, MD, who is a dermatologist and dermatopathologist. They have a son, Liam, and two miniature dachshund fur babies named Leon and Banks. Dr. Ritchie likes to run, play tennis, and is obsessed with all things KU, whether it be basketball, football, volleyball, or Baby Jay!

Dr. Brent R. Jones, DDS

EDUCATION
Dr. Jones grew up in Overland Park, KS, and graduated from Kansas State University in 1987. He then pursued the field of dentistry at the University of Missouri-Kansas School of Dentistry in 1992 and later graduated in 1996.
EXPERIENCE
Dr. Jones is a general dentist who has practiced dentistry since 1996 in Lawrence, KS, and has been with Cascade Dental Care since February 2009. He enjoys working with all of his patients and hearing their concerns. Dr. Jones likes to solve problems and find the best treatment options for each patient.
LIFE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Dr. Brent enjoys talking to other doctors about interesting patient case studies where they can collaborate. He loves to play soccer, rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs, and enjoys outdoor activities. One of his favorite activities is riding his side-by-side through the many trails that this beautiful state has to offer.
Dr. Kurt L. Glendening, DDS

EDUCATION
Dr. Glendening attended the University of Kansas and obtained his bachelor of pharmacy degree in 1980. He then went on to the University of Missouri-Kansas School of Dentistry for the next four years where he got his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). In addition to his education, Dr. Glendening also pursued a bachelor of animal science in 1997 at Fort Hays State University.
EXPERIENCE
Dr. Kurt Glendening practiced dentistry in Hays, KS, for twenty-eight years before moving to Lawrence in 2014. Dr. Glendening has worked as an associate for Dr. Ritchie since 2018 and has enjoyed getting to know the patients in the Lawrence area. He loves sharing his widespread knowledge of dentistry with his fellow dentists, staff, and patients.
LIFE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Dr. Glendening and his beautiful wife, Carol, have been blessed with three children and three grandchildren! The couple always enjoys watching them grow and are amazed at how fast time flies. Dr. Glendening’s hobbies include traveling to new places, golfing, and enjoys going for walks with his family.
