Cascade Dental works hard to simplify payments and streamline paperwork. In fact, we’ll file all of your insurance claims for you; it’s our goal to help you maximize the benefits to which you’re entitled. Cascade accepts nearly all insurance plans. We’re a preferred provider for:

• Delta Dental
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Met Life
• United Concordia

Cash, personal check and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) are also accepted. Additionally, Cascade Dental offers third-party financing through Care Credit to qualified patients for extensive treatment plans.

We ask that patients be prepared to pay their estimated co-pay at the time of their appointment. Our front desk staff will estimate your co-pay as accurately as possible. Please refer any financial questions you have to our office manager.
