How often should I come to the dentist?
Studies show that regular dental visits will prevent problems before they occur. With that in mind, we recommend that our patients have their teeth cleaned every six months and bitewing x-rays once per year. For some patients, we my recommend more frequent visits.

What if I have a dental emergency?
If you have an emergency during office hours, we’ll make every effort to see you that day. Our doctors are available for consultation after normal work hours and will perform emergency treatment after hours if deemed necessary.

What is sedation dentistry?
Sedation techniques are used to comfort patients with high levels of anxiety. Valium and nitrous oxide gas can be administered in our office prior to treatment so that patients can be relaxed and more comfortable.

Do you perform teeth whitening?
We use a very effective home bleaching system by Opalescence. The treatment requires two appointments: the first to take a make a mold of your teeth and the second to insert the bleaching trays. The whitening lasts from one to three years and can be retouched periodically.

Can you treat snoring disorders?
A custom-made dental appliance can be very effective at eliminating snoring. Molds of your upper and lower teeth and made and an appliance – which positions your jaw to allow better airflow when you sleep and, thus, reduces snoring – is fabricated. The appliance is much more comfortable that a CPAP device.

Do you have payment plans?
Payment plans are available through Care Credit. Our front office staff can help with your application. You may also use Visa, MasterCard or Discover as a payment option.

What insurance plans to you accept?
Cascade Dental accepts nearly all insurance plans. We’re preferred providers for Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Met Life and United Concordia. We will file all insurance claims for you; however, you are responsible for portions of you treatment not covered by insurance.
